Cancellation Policy

Please Note: All payments are due in full upon receipt, prior to scheduled appointment. A minimum advance notification of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of all scheduled appointments. You will be charged a cancellation fee $50 if you fail to comply with this policy.
